The Farce - The 5th Middle East War and the End of Freedom

By CrisHam, 8 December, 2023

On the current political course, liberal civilization is in existential danger. This has been true since August 2021 at the latest, when the international security structure collapsed with the disastrous withdrawal of the US military from Afghanistan - which, however, political commentators have ignored. Since then, two out of five foreseeable violent conflicts have already broken out and escalated. As in the First and Second World Wars, this time too there are no forces in sight that could stop the spiral of violence before it reaches its maximum potential for destruction. Therefore, without a fundamental course correction, nuclear wars are inevitable. The psychological and rational barriers that are presented to citizens in naive media articles actually do not stand in the way of their feasibility. The security crisis can only be solved by addressing its roots. The basic prerequisite is the revival of a solidarity that has been systematically damaged for over a century - that between Jewish and non-Jewish citizens of Western nations. Only together these groups can achieve their liberation from the underestimated danger posed by a not solidarity financial elite and the militarists of the MIC. Reference https://avalon.law.yale.edu/20th_century/eisenhower001.asp. Without alternative, these groups of people must be reintegrated into the democratic nations and, to whom it concerns, into the Jewish religious community.

The errors of Karl Marx, implemented by Lenin and Stalin and financed by Western banks, played a key role in making the 20th century the bloodiest in history. Added to this were the erroneous ideas of Adolf Hitler, which were financially pushed in a similar way.

In the 21st century, the fate of humanity depends largely on precisely analyzing these ideological errors and learning from them. Paradoxically, it is insights of Marx (which’s validity is independent of the political stance) that facilitate this learning considerably: “Hegel remarked somewhere that all great world-historical facts and people happen, so to speak, twice. He forgot to add: one time as a tragedy, the other time as a farce.”

The first Middle East war in 1948 was such a tragedy that Palestinians still mourn today as the Nakba. However, after thorough historical research, this tragedy turns out to be one that could have easily been avoided with the good will of those responsible. The four repetitions of the Arab military rebellion in 1956, 1967, 1973 and on October 7, 2023 represent one by one a farce. This points to a continuous hindering of the normal learning process from historical errors. Indeed, this permanent hindering can be identified. Psychologically, rebellion and terror develop in groups which perceive themselves as unjust treated victims.  n the case of the Arab residents of Palestine, tens of thousands of organizations considered charitable and peace-building, such as NGOs and NPOs and UN organizations, have created this false awareness. This happened and is happening inconspicuously for decades, but since October 7th with enormously increased publication power through the spread of dubious narratives that distort the historical processes and the legal situation to Israel's disadvantage.

What is systematically ignored is that the founding of a homeland in Palestine as one of the consequences of the First World War cannot be assessed in isolation, but only in the context of others that brought decisive advantages to the Arab world. These included the liberation from centuries-long Turkish rule and, later, state independence. The project of a Jewish homeland in Palestine only affected 0.2% of the Arab territories and thus represented a manageable shortcoming that was amply compensated by the advantages mentioned.

A stable post-war order in the Middle East had required, above all, to clearly regulate the harmonious coexistence between Jews and Arabs on the legal and moral-psychological levels. The Mandate Treaty for Palestine of July 1922 met this requirement by, on the one hand, respecting the individual rights of the Arabs of religious practice and civil liberties. On the other hand, these guarantees were vested within the framework and context of the group right of Jews to establish their homeland on this territory. But five months before these Jewish rights were secured in this League of Nations treaty, Egypt had been granted independence in February 1922 - prematurely, as further history showed.

When Israel rightfully realized its promised Jewish homeland by declaring its independence as the last of all countries in the region in 1948, the 600,000 settlers were assaulted by 6 neighboring countries. But Israel was able to win the war and thus to prevent the genocide slogan of “throwing the Jews into the sea” from being implemented. Instead, over 700,000 Arab civilians were left homeless. - By this attack and by previously rejecting the UN Partition Plan for Palestine from 1947 as a compromise solution, the Arab population brought the tragedy of 1948 upon itself - and also prevented the partition plan from becoming legally valid in the long term.

However, if one takes into account the context of a complete reorganization of the Middle East after the First World War, then the overall responsibility does not lie with the Arabs, but with the victorious powers, especially Great Britain. The independence of the backward Arab countries should have been preceded by a development towards a minimum level of compatibility with the liberal civilization of the West. In addition, independence would have had to be linked to the condition of accepting the Jewish Palestine project.

Great Britain has already thwarted the improvement in cultural compatibility by giving the Arab countries independence not as democracies, but as monarchies and other autocracies.

However, this only clarifies a small part of the question of guilt in the Middle East conflict. The fairdelineations of the rights of the population groups according to the provisions of the Mandate Treaty for Palestine of 1922 had provided a solid basis for harmonious coexistence. However, this treaty was undermined by the British mandate administration from the start. Instead of making Jewish immigration easy as demanded, obstacles were systematically placed in the way under various pretexts; the same applied to land acquisition. The statements of the responsible British politicians paint the picture of inflationary appeasement towards the Arabs. The psychological consequences that remain effective today consist of a general disrespect for Western culture and nationalist resistance to the Zionist project.

This psychological disposition explains that the failed attack on Israel by neighboring Arab countries in 1948 was followed by further attempts (1956, 1967 and 1973) to wipe out the Jewish state. The repetitions each embodied a farce according to Marx's rule. With the continued existence of the Palestinian will to annihilate the Jewish presence in Palestine, a permanent farce has ensued, which, as on October 7, 2023, erupts in recurring attacks on Israel's right to exist.

The British mandate policy with its appeasement laid the foundation for the war of 1948. After 1948, the UN, founded in 1945, continued this devastating policy and transformed the conflict, which had actually been finally decided, into the chronic state of a permanent farce, diametrically opposed to the pacifist goals proclaimed in its charter. The problem of over 700,000 Arab refugees was brought about by the 6 Arab aggressor countries and was therefore their sole responsibility. However, the UN allowed these countries to refuse to accept and integrate the refugees into their societies until today, after 75 years - actually ridiculous, since the solidarity was repeatedly strong enough to jointly attack Israel. The world organization set up around 50 refugee camps in Palestine and its periphery and created the special refugee organization UNRWA to manage them. This “solution” not only postpones the problem to this day, but constantly increases it.

The “success track record” is that 700,000 refugees have become around 6 million to date, while a further 8 million Palestinians live outside the camps, partially around the world. A critical look shows that there is more than just (psychologically devastating) Western appeasement that allows (some of them ultra-rich) Arab governments to shirk their responsibilities. Rather, through UNRWA, an unfair war is being waged against Israel using other means. This includes the use of demographics as a weapon. While in 1922 there were around 20 times as many Jews worldwide as Arab residents of Palestine, the number of Palestinians scattered around the world will overtake that of Jews (currently 15.3 million) in just a few years.

The reasons for the excessive birth rates lie in the responsibility-free conditions of supervised camp life, but also in the effectiveness of a second alternative form of war, an information war. In its PR presentations, UNRWA boasts about the schooling it provides. But for decades, curricula, textbooks and teaching practices have incited contempt for Western civilization and hatred and violence against Israel and Jews. In this atmosphere, awareness of a demographic war automatically thrives.

The ongoing farce of the Middle East conflict has its main cause in the continued Western appeasement towards the Arab world. The phenomenon that remains in need of explanation is that neither citizens nor politicians were able to learn from the obvious mistakes of the past. Another insight from Karl Marx (which, like that about the “farce”, is valid independently of a “left” worldview) helps: “The thoughts of the ruling class are the ruling thoughts in every epoch, i.e. the class, which is the ruling material power of society, is at the same time its ruling intellectual power .”

In a liberal democracy, no one should exercise intellectual power over others - and yet the phenomenon exists in today's Western societies. The “ruling intellectual power” can be identified today in a narrowing of the political discourse, for which the term “political correctness” was coined in the late 20th century. Every member of the establishment must submit to this mental pattern - otherwise there is a risk of exclusion from the arena of the favored.

In addition to the media, the instruments with which correctness can be proclaimed include a wide range of organizations, including tax-exempt NGOs. The propaganda power that can be developed with the latter was demonstrated at the beginning of September 2001 at the NGO forum in Durban/South Africa, a parallel event to the official conference against racism. For the 7,000 delegates from 3,000 NGOs, the defamation of Israel as an “apartheid state” was a central theme. Because all non-public media and organizations rely on either direct funding or lucrative advertising contracts, they represent ideal propaganda tools for those who control significant flows of money, such as donations from international corporations that flow to NGOs. These means of power, which are supplemented by huge lobbying teams, blocks of shares in said corporations and a private banking system with the license to create new money, amount to money rule.

This de facto monetary rule behind the intact façade of liberal democracies is the real, global farce, of which the Middle East conflict is only a regional excerpt. This system has its roots in the English respectively British colonial empire, which was virtually boarded by a group of rich overseas merchants on the last day of the 16th century. On this December 31, 1600, the East India Company received a trading monopoly and sovereign privilege for the Indian subcontinent from Queen Elizabeth I.

The EIC soon grew into the largest stock corporation in the world. In doing so, it developed into a negative model in which all the destructive phenomena that the artificial atmosphere of state privileges creates could be observed. The exclusion of smaller competitors allowed exorbitant prices on the sales side and rock-bottom prices on the purchasing side. The resulting huge profits brought with them rapidly growing political power. At times, the EIC maintained troops that were approximately twice as strong as the English or British state.

Uncontrolled power always has a tendency towards self-reinforcement. This is accompanied by a further widely ignored tendency - that of those in power becoming morally numb to the vital interests and feelings of other people. The EIC's hunt for further extra profits led to the destruction of the Indian weaving industry with millions of deaths and the expropriation of small farmers for the benefit of tax collectors. Piracy, drug trafficking and, at times, slave trading were also part of the business profile. In particular, the control of the opium trade between India and China became a main source of income in the 18th and 19th centuries. The backward and over-bureaucratized China was too weak to stop the rampant drug imports. When it did resist, the British state intervened and forced China to open its ports to opium imports in the First Opium War (1839-1842). About 40 million Chinese became addicted.

Due to public pressure, the EIC was disempowered by the Government of India Act of 1858 and liquidated with compensation in 1874. – But the anti-system of privileging large corporations and deriving political power from economic power has survived to this day. Self-reinforcement provided more power through money and more money through more power. Thusthe system grewtosuch gigantic dimensions that it omnipresence paradoxically serves as a camouflage. Oligopolies such as those of the few credit card companies, the pharmaceutical giants and the oil companies each dominate a pseudo-market that no longer follows the rules of supply and demand. Thus, for example, absurd drug prices are “negotiated” between the industry and health insurance companies.

Today's revival of the East India Company's businessmodel from 1600, based on unfair privilege, is by far the greatest farce of all time. Because all other repetitions of (bad) events in history that can be classified as farce according to Marx's rule, turn out to be merely the consequences of this one overarching farce. Without reform steps, the real balance of power between the democratic power of civilization’s leading nationsand the money power will continue to shift. Significant political decisions are increasingly being made at the level of supposedly charitable organizations.

Wars like the Ukraine War, the Fifth Middle East War and the impending American Civil War can only find a sustainable solution by eliminating this fundamental evil. The oligopolies, which have been privileged to this day, have to be once again exposed to the competition of a fair market. Refence https://www.frieden-freiheit-fairness.com/en/blog/124-theses-sustainable-peace-freedom-and-fairness, theses 1-19. In the financial sector, the right to create money must be transferred back from the commercial banks to the state sovereign. This used to be the king or other noble leader and in the constitutional democratic state it is the nation with its elected representatives.

Each single farce, as well as the larger one, could only have come about because the power of money provided access to the communications sector early on - today supplemented by tens of thousands of tax-exempt (i.e. privileged) NGOs. This shows that the critical vigilance of citizens has been subject to ongoing narcotization and manipulation by means of filtered information and unfairly partisan commentary at least since the period of the Spanish-American War (1898-1898). Critical vigilance is not only required against the destructive appeasement of the supposedly charitable. A further danger threatens from an opposite anti-strategy, crude militarism. Dwight D. Eisenhower had warned about this in his farewell speech in 1961, when he named the actors at the same time as the MIC, the military-industrial complex. Following the course set by the MIC, the US military has “succeeded” ever more effectively in “defending” democracy and freedom to death since the Vietnam War. The main effect is regularly a worldwide (but ignored in the West by the uncritical media) reputation of the military's own military in insensitive actions with outrageous collateral damage. The message of freedom, democracy and the rule of law has not been successfully conveyed in this way for decades, so that there are now more autocracies than democracies worldwide. The counterproductive military actions culminated in the „War on Terror“ which was  announced by George W. Bush after the 9/11-attacks in 2001.

As a phenomenon with psychological roots, terrorism cannot be stopped using military means alone. Psychological science has long known that it is based on the collective awareness of a group that they are being treated unfairly. Because factors that fuel this awareness (e.g. hate speech) reach individuals to varying degrees, some reach the level of absolute willingness to use violence, as if on a staircase, and commit attacks. Isolated military action against terrorists without an accompanying moral education campaign allows more men to climb the stairs, while demographics provide an endless supply.

The danger of the Fifth Middle East War lies in the overlapping of two suicide strategies of Western origin. One is the appeasement of the Arabs, which has been carried out by the UN and thousands of NGOs since 1948 with the “success” of “morally” strengthening the backs of terrorists. The second suicidal strategy is the crude militarism that the (American-influenced) Israeli government has already engaged in in the Gaza Strip.

Both suicide strategies now reinforce each other. The harsh military crackdown results in civilian casualties and huge collateral damage. Although these are provoked by Hamas by locating weapons depots and command posts in schools and hospitals, they provide the visual material that flows into a global media campaign by supposedly charitable organizations against the Jewish state.

In Western media there is a striking difference between the coverage of Israel's actions in Gaza and that of the many past British-American military operations. Obviously, Western citizens should know as little as possible about the disastrous effects of the latter, including the damage to the global reputation of liberal democracy. In contrast, the collateral damage of Israel's actions in Gaza is presented in full. And while the severity of Western military actions never were criticized if they concerned NATO forces, criticism on Israel´s military is harsh although it warns Gaza civilians in advance. This propaganda war by the NGOs and media is undercutting the moral position of and respect towards the Jewish state and thus encouraging additional enemies to enter the battlefield.

Even before the war in the Gaza Strip, approval for Hamas's acts of terror among the population there was in the range of 70-80%. As a result of the now increased “moral” support for militant Palestinians from the appeasement front, this percentage is increasing and more people are following the psychological stairs of willingness to use violence.

For the leadership of the terrorists and their Arab supporters, apart from personal power, only the group counts, while the subordinate individual has little importance and is sacrificed without hesitation. Since civil war-like unrest began in Lebanon in the 1970s, sacrifice has emerged as a highly effective strategy. Regardless of whether Muslim groups are fighting among themselves or defending themselves against Western military operations - in any case, the civilian victims affected are directed in migratory flows to Europe and other Western countries. War and civil war like in Syria ensure the continuation of economic backwardness and therefore automatically high birth rates. Military and terrorist violence, in combination with a forced demography, has thus become the most effective engine for the Islamization of the world. But only superficially, those in power in the Islamic world are the ones with the greatest interest in this mechanism.

Because as soon as you understand that since the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 the financial elite has been able to tap into the economic power of Western nations almost at will and that this monetary power automatically brings with it increasing political power, you come to a decisive conclusion: With these vastly underestimated means of power, it was able to transform all critics of their unfair privileges into good collaborators - with the left being led on the anti-patriotic course of excessive appeasement and the conservatives on the equally suicidal course of escalatory MIC militarism.

For the money oligarchs only exists a single obstacle in the way of the unrestricted rule of their corporations, financial institutions, media and predominantly tax-exempt organizations. This obstacle consists in a group of people who are systematically disadvantaged for this reason. These are free-thinking, independent and critical people who do not submit to the propaganda influences and narrowing of political discourse of the “ruling intellectual power”.

The 5th Middle East War culminated in the historical mistakes from which it was not possible to learn. The narratives that distort Israel's legal position are now being spread with even more publication power. The “moral” support for the Palestinian side thus offers “ideal” conditions for allowing entire radical groups and possibly states to climb the stairs of willingness to use violence. This means interference from other warring parties, escalation and blocking of negotiations.

In the Iraq War, the United States, with the help of a “coalition of the willing” of almost 50 (!) countries, left only chaos and a disgrace to the reputation of liberal democracy after more than 8 years, while Israel has won four wars with a sensitive strategy on its own. Now in Gaza, with crude militarism based on the “proven” suicide strategy of the US model and against the worldwide wave of propaganda, the chances for the Jewish stateand also for Judaism are extremely bad. The division of the Western world into anti-Semitic Palestinian supporters and Israel supporters is the incendiary factor that can plunge the USA in particular into a civil war within a short period of time. The chaos and state arbitrariness under the (actually unconstitutional reference) emergency laws that were then activatedparticularly threaten all free thinkers, patriots and Jews.

Israel can only save its well-educated, free-thinking, patriotically connected and courageous population, which is persecuted worldwide, by breaking a taboo set by the “ruling intellectual power”. This claims that any criticism of the financial elite should be “anti-Semitic” because it would support the – fundamentally false – narrative of “planned Jewish world domination”. This argument overlooks, firstly, that world domination that goes against the basic principle of freedom is not being planned, but has long since become clearly visible (behind the UN facade) and, secondly, that this actual empire of big money is managed by a small, self-centered financial aristocracy, whose solidarity-based and goal-oriented attitude towards the survival interests of Jews was often omitted, especially in times of greatest need, while the necessary means of power were not lacking.

Thus, the solution is not to label all free thinkers as anti-Semites for their criticism of the financial tycoons, but rather to criticize the financial tycoons for using the accusation of anti-Semitism to shield their counterproductive activities from criticism behind a protective shield which consists of ordinary Jewish citizens. Because the latter have to suffer innocently from the justified criticism that only belongs to the masters of big business. As stated at the beginning, these persons must be reintegrated as solidary members of the democratic nations and, to whom it concerns, of the Jewish community. All that is needed is the initiative of a few committed Jews.
