Terrorism as a Particularly Serious War Crime
Decades of "moral" support for Islamists against Israel have encouraged them to maximize their inhumane practices. This support reached a new peak during the Gaza War, when the UN Security Council distorted the truth and accused Israel of genocide.
In fact, Hamas terrorists bear responsibility for all the consequences of their war of aggression—including the reported 46,600 civilian casualties. The casualty figures, which were demonstrably manipulated by the Gaza "Ministry of Health" (i.e., Hamas), are passed on to citizens like legitimate data in the mainstream media's unfair propaganda war. Appropriate criticism from these media outlets is particularly lacking regarding Hamas's systematic violation of the basic humanitarian principle of keeping hostilities away from populated areas. On the contrary, Hamas conducts its ongoing attacks from constantly shifting positions in the heart of residential areas. This is particularly effective for propaganda purposes in the extreme variant of setting up combat positions in schools and hospitals,1) because the one-sided media coverage may capture the civilian casualties, but not the underlying inhumane fighting strategy of Hamas.
By keeping these facts as well as the uninterrupted terrorism of the last five decades of 'peace' out of focus, the media, thousands of NGOs, and the UN bear co-responsibility for the victims of the Gaza War. This way, the UN has disregarded its peacekeeping duties and the principles of accountability and equal treatment of all peoples as enshrined in Article 1, Paragraph 2 of its Charter.
The Plan
1. Through the criminal brutality of its warfare, Hamas places itself outside of civilization. Therefore, its final elimination is an essential prerequisite for the future protection of human lives.
2. The six Arab countries that participated in the 1948 attack on Israel continue to bear responsibility2) for the resulting refugee problem. They may discuss internally on which of them is willing to accept how many Gaza residents, and who is willing to pay how much for their integration and the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip.
3. If a contingent requires temporary accommodation, this must be provided outside the Gaza Strip, preferably in the Sinai Peninsula.
4. The six states mentioned above, plus Qatar—which is involved by financing Hamas and hosting its leaders—should demand that the terrorists immediately surrender, hand over their weapons, and go into exile. The latter option is only valid if all hostages are released in return.
5. If the terrorists refuse, all civilians must leave the country. Those who remain declare themselves Hamas fighters.
6. After the civilians leave, water, electricity, and all supplies will be cut off. Then, as Donald Trump announced, "all hell will break loose if the hostages don't return."
7. Great Britain, which remains responsible for creating a—sustainable!—Jewish homeland,3) should be obligated to supply the necessary weapons. Its government should negotiate with the wealthy Arab states about sharing in the financing of the arms race.
8. Since urban warfare is incompatible with the protection of human life, ground fighting should largely be avoided. Airstrikes, artillery shelling, and the disruption of supplies remain the appropriate measures.
9. As an act of emancipation, reconstruction must include as many Gaza residents as possible.
10. Children and their mothers are not allowed to enter the Gaza Strip during reconstruction.
11. Reconstruction must begin in southwestern Rafah, with the main part of the Gaza Strip temporarily remaining as an XXXL no-man's zone—to protect Israel, in accordance with its right to self-defense under Article 51 of the UN Charter.
12. A short, hard blow like this against Hamas conforms to Machiavelli's ever-applicable rule: necessary injuries must be inflicted in the shortest possible time and never in small increments.
13. The reconstruction process represents the other side of the same coin. This reward must be delivered in stages over a long period of time.
14. The population center should be relocated from the former Gaza City to Rafah and Khan Yunis. In the northeastern Gaza Strip, Israel could annex some territory to shorten the borders pending a final Middle East settlement.
15. The right to resettlement should follow a points system. Qualifications and performance in reconstruction should earn points, as should participation in deradicalization programs and other forms of commitment to a harmonious Arab-Jewish neighborhood in accordance with the Preamble to the UN Charter.
16. The UN must be reformed. A democratically elected Council for Charter Principles should be established as an independent body to monitor their correct application in UN resolutions. The need is obvious.4)
17. UNRWA, in particular, must be fundamentally reformed. Its goal must be redefined as the development of individual freedom, in accordance with the Preamble to the UN Charter.
18. The autocratic Palestinian Authority, which violates human rights and promotes terrorism, has failed to represent the Palestinians according to the principles of civilization and the UN Charter. The UN itself should organize democratic elections there, and later in the Gaza Strip. To further modernize the democratic process, it seems worthwhile to examine the grassroots democratic candidate selection process in supposedly autocratic China.
19. The long-postponed question of a final border between Samaria/Judea (West Bank) and Israel will be resolved in serious negotiations between mature democratic entities.
20. The legal treatment of active terrorists requires profound reform.5)
Historical Facts and Responsibility
Israel represents the restored historic Jewish homeland. The decision to restore it was part of the post-World War I world order and was enshrined in the 1922 Mandatory Treaty for Palestine. However, the mandatory power, Great Britain, thwarted its implementation.6) This far-reaching failure of the United Kingdom laid the foundation for current tensions. Since the never-fulfilled 1922 treaty remains valid, Great Britain bears the responsibility to this day for the harmonious integration of the Jewish homeland into its Arab neighbors. – The mutual respect to be strived for is confirmed by the UN Charter of 1945, which calls in its preamble for "creating conditions under which justice and respect for obligations arising from treaties can be maintained, and ... to live together as good neighbors in peace." In addition to Great Britain, some Arab countries and the UN also participated in the sabotage of the restored Jewish homeland and thus bear joint responsibility for the consequences. Responsibility arises from:
1. the Arabs' rejection of the 1947 Partition Plan, which thereby lost its legal validity,
2. the attack by six Arab countries on the newly founded Israel in 1948,
3. the UN/UNRWA's acceptance of approximately 730,000 refugees, even though the six attacking countries were clearly responsible for their acceptance.
However, beginning with the establishment of refugee camps, the UN's supposedly peace-promoting interventions encouraged the Arabs to engage in never-ending revanchist violence. Prerequisites for Sustainable Peace This revanchism and terrorism could reach absurd proportions in the history-distorting climate created by the UN, charitable organizations, and biased media. Another prerequisite for a sustainable conflict resolution is the analysis of the psychological obstacles that have prevented its implementation for decades.7) A major factor was the Arab side's lack of respect for Israel and free civilization in general. The reasons for this disrespect are:
1. A lack of solidarity within the Judeo-Christian cultural sphere, while all Arab countries and even the Muslim world support the Palestinians; 2. A weak image of this cultural sphere, which pursues a policy of appeasement toward Islamists while simultaneously fueling the civil war in Ukraine with arms deliveries;
3. The aforementioned unfair interference by the UN, which absolved the Arabs of any responsibility for the consequences of their never-ending revanchist violence;
4. The biased, truth-distorting atmosphere created by the media and 'charities'.
This sobering assessment reveals another prerequisite for sustainable peace—the restoration of the fundamental principles and values of our civilization, which have been undermined by the UN, disoriented politicians, and biased media.
Prerequisites for Sustainable Peace
This revanchism and terrorism have been able to reach absurd proportions in the history-distorting climate created by the UN, charitable organizations, and biased media. Another prerequisite for a sustainable conflict resolution is the analysis of the psychological obstacles that have prevented its implementation for decades.7) A key factor has been the Arab side's lack of respect for Israel and free civilization in general. The reasons for this disrespect are:
1. Lack of solidarity within the Judeo-Christian cultural sphere, while all Arab countries and even the Muslim world support the Palestinians,
2. a weak image of this cultural sphere, which pursues a course of appeasement toward Islamists while simultaneously fueling the civil war in Ukraine with arms deliveries.
3. the aforementioned unfair interference by the UN, which absolved the Arabs of any responsibility for the consequences of their never-ending revanchist violence,
4. the biased, truth-distorting atmosphere created by the media and 'charitable' organizations.

Revitalizing Principles and Values
Human life must be considered the highest value. While autocratic rule is characterized by the sacrifice of human life for personal ambitions of power, the goal of a free civilization must be the protection of human life, especially that of civilians. Contrary to the promises of the UN Charter, politicians, the UN, and 'charitable' organizations have largely failed to enforce humanitarian rules and treaties against the resistance of the MIC militarists. This included avoiding and delaying the ban on particularly cruel weapons such as landmines and cluster bombs, as well as the lack of a decisive fight against serious war crimes such as genocide, hostage-taking, and terrorism. The fact that Islamist terrorism is now accompanied by one of the longest and most successful(!) hostage-takings in history in the Gaza War, some 60 years after the beginning of its international expansion, is the result of the pseudo-moralistic torpedoing of its sustainable fight by the UN, misinformed politicians, anti-Israel NGOs, and by manipulated and manipulating media coverage.8)
